Anna BorensteinSenior Project ManagerAnna joined Rand Market Research in 2007 as a Project Manager. At the research facility, Anna works with the clients in the back room, acting as liaison between the client and the moderator and preparing detailed notes that are available to the client at the conclusion of each session. She plays a key role in the reporting process, writing reports and assembling video clips as required. Her 12 years as Director of Marketing for an award-winning software developer has equipped Anna with a strong understanding of the need for effective branding and breakthrough consumer messaging. She is well versed in all phases of the development of marketing collateral, including print ads, product brochures, web sites, direct mail pieces, promotional inserts, product packaging and signage (trade show and POP). Just prior to joining Rand Market Research, Anna spearheaded the Canadian marketing efforts of an international book publisher specializing in children’s non-fiction, where she implemented a strategic print media campaign that increased sales and product awareness on a national level. With a Bachelor of Science and years of developing technical documentation and seminars to her credit, Anna’s background also gives her unique insight into the specific issues associated with communicating technical or complex concepts to consumers. |
